Manager of Cleaning Services Needed
The manager of cleaning services is considered the team leader. This person will clean, supervise other cleaning staff, and be responsible for quality control.
This position will consist of:

Cleaning homes using the products we provide and the processes we outline in a timely manner both with other staff and alone.

Training and supervising staff and ensuring quality work is done.

Collecting money and making deposits.

Managing employee timesheets where necessary.

Purchasing supplies as needed.
The salary for this position is $15 per hour to start. In addition to salary, the successful candidate will be paid a gas stipened, profit sharing will be in effect if the employee stays with the company for more than one year and performance criteria is met, and salary will increase with added responsibility up to $20 per hour.
This position is available immediately and reports directly to the owner/operator.
